For those who look only to the ocean it may be a bit difficult to see what those in the mountains are dealing with. As the intensity of these climate extremes become reality, we see communities pull together to brave these storms. Just as our coastal communities have dealt with fire, floods and erosion, we see our struggles are the same and derived from the same problem.
