Setup & Cabana Option

Our cabana is 6ft x 6ft and fits up to 4 adults (2 by 2 sitting across) *Highwinds will cancel use of cabana. We will notify you ahead of time if possible but this is out of our control and for your safety. Cabana fee will be refunded or you can reschedule.

Description

  • We bring your order and set up your picnic with oversized pillows, throw rugs, and trays.
  • This picnic is for a maximum of 4 guests with add-on options for additional guests.
  • You will need to sign a release form with Alolkai California to take the lesson.
  • In regards to food we cannot guarantee cross-contamination such as nut allergies for example. Please take that into account when submitting your order. All food is either picked up from local  restaurants or markets you choose. We do however follow proper food handling, and transportation, and follow covid guidelines.
  • No glass or alcohol allowed.
  • All picnics are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if notified within 72hrs of booking. 
  • Less than 71hrs-24hrs there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your total. 
  • 23hrs-to same day and no shows there will be no credit or rescheduling. There is a lot of planning and time that go into picnics and your booking takes away from someone else reserving that day. So we ask that you are sure before reserving and ask any questions prior.
  • There is a $100 deposit that covers damages to our inventory included in your total. *Within 24hrs you will be refunded that deposit if you left our inventory in the same condition as you found it!
  • Besides backyard picnics or picnics in your home, we can not guarantee exact locations. We will be in communication throughout and give final confirmation on the day of when we set up your picnic. It is exactly when you go to the beach and when you arrive your spot may be taken so we thank you for your understanding in advance.
  • We also can not control your surroundings and other people enjoying the area themselves. We will take great care when setting up but things can change through the duration of your picnic and again thank you for your understanding.
