Last weeks swell brought some tremulous waves to the Malibu coasts with Surfrider, Leo Carrillo and Countyline looking great. However Zuma was not. Big waves that were unstructured and closed out was the norm.
Surfrider was very crowded during the swell making it hard for beginners to learn and just chaos like the 405 fwy during rush hours. Leo Carrillo and County line were popular but not over crowded making them the choice for advanced beginners and intermediate surfers.
This week looks smaller but better on both Sunday and Monday and next week as well. Stay tuned for more surf as summer starts soon!
